Refund Policy

To assure the well-being of our dear customer and a full understanding between us ( the User and VisioAd ) we provide a Refund policy for a number of services. 

• 14 day trial period provided. The trial period does not apply to plan renewal.

• You may cancel your plan at the trial period. However, next registration you may not enjoy the 14 day trial period again.

• You may cancel your plan/personalized plan at any moment.

• Graphic design services; limited to flyers, logos, banners are 65% refundable.

• 8.63% tax rate is not included in the refund process.

• Service that are not refundable are but not limited to: video shooting, photo shooting, web development, ad creation and other services.

NB: It takes up to 20 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.

We are not liable for any bank charges, commissions or overdrafts. The only way to remove these charges is through direct negotiation with your bank.
